For our one low annual fee of $89/property, our servicing criteria includes:
- Replace removable batteries
- Safe disposal of old batteries at Planet Ark recycling
- Vacuum and remove all dust, insects and debris from each unit
- Refit and test functionality
- Register alarm details such as model, serial number, room location and expiry date
- Provide an easy to read service report and certificate within 24 hours
- Fully insured and uniformed technicians
- All technicians have a valid Blue Card to ensure the safety of any occupants or children present
- 12-month service reminder
- 12-month service warranty
- Issuing tenant entry notices available upon request
